Edward Raymond “Ray” Martin, son of William Martin and Oletha Jeanette Bedell was born on January 28, 1885 in Parsons, Kansas. After his father William died in 1915, Ray moved to Colorado, where he was a cow rancher. He moved to El Paso, Texas sometime the early 1920s, and there he married Zinova Cumine “Cumie” Caudle. She was born on October 5, 1887 in Quanah, Texas.
Ray Martin died on February 11, 1936 in El Paso, Texas. Zinova Caudle Martin died on May 3, 1978 in El Paso, Texas.[1]
