Biography

This day this cause came on to be heard on the bill answer and it appearing to the satisfaction of the ct that the order of publication in this cause made have been duly executed. Whereupon it is ordered that the defendants do convey to the pltf(?s) the Land in the bill mentioned with special warranty and that John Ayres be appointed commissioner to make a conveyance accordingly.
