Mathilda Martin was born in 1812. She is the daughter of Joseph Martin and Marie Bister.

Mathilda MARTIN(P4C) was born about 1812. She was the daughter of Joseph MARTIN(P4) and Marie Joseph BISTER<13>. She married on 28 June 1838, in St. Bernard Parish, to Stefano DOLESE. He was born in Italy, about 1808, the son of Giovanni DOLESE and Catherina LAHILA. They were living in Pointe a la Hache in 1850, in House 43<19>. Mathilda was his second wife; his first was Alix DRAGON, who died before 1837, and was the mother of three children: John DOLESE(1832); Jacques DOLESE(1833)(m.S2C3); and Stephano DOLESE, Jr.(1835) (m.S2C4). Mathilda and Stephano had two children: Catharina DOLESE(1839) (m.S2B4); and (P4C1 )Nicholas DOLESE(1841). ^[1]
