She was born at Beerowa and so were her two sisters, Elizabeth and Ann. Sarah died 1921 and is buried at Yass.I would like to hear from anyone with information on Henry Thompson or Sarah.Jenny Firman
Convicts who were being research by Maureen Mitchell, daughter of Mabs.
I do believe this is convict, Eliza Bird, Kilbride, Spicer, Theobald who was transported in 1834. She and Edward Spicer had a child, Mary Spencer or Spicer born in 1836 in the Parramatta Female Factory, and she then married Robert Theobald in 1838. According to information from granddaughter, Kathleen Margaret Fitzgerald nee Martin b. 1909, d. 1987, daughter of Walter Martin, b. 1880, d.1941, son of Mary Martin nee Spicer, d. 1926, where her parents are listed as John Spencer and Mary Huccle.
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Annie by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share DNA with Annie:
