From Dorset OPC: NOTE from Dorchester Family History Centre:
The Martin Family [Originally Martyn also Martaine and Marten] have been in Dorchester since prior to 1420 and there always seems to have been a string of John Martin's since that date: A John Martyn for example was Bailiff of Dorchester many times 1420-1444; A John Martyn wrote his will 17 Sep 1500 (?) see charter 551 referring to his wife Joan etc.
Thank you for uploading the document describing Thomas Martin's holdings (it's a great, clear photo, much better than I have managed from parchments that big, did you take it yourself? if so how because I'm working on some similar parchments at the NA and can't get a clear picture showing the full width)
Re your question on sheep and acreage. I would transcribe the acreage as 30 acres of pasture and fower score acres of arable . Robert Martin however could well have had 2000 sheep but the Athelhampton estates were very much larger. Park Pale was (and is) a smallish farm.
All four of my grand parents come from the same area - the southern part of the county of Dorset, England. I have traced them back to the late 17 hundreds. I have quite al lot of information about a Martin family in Dorset well before that, but can find no connection.
Their principal line died out in 1595, when Nicholas Martin of Athelhampton was survived by four daughters. One of his brothers was deprived of his nearby lands, Park Pale in 1658, the Cromwellian era.

Then put that number here under your DNA info.
We cant test without that. Your probable cousin Dave.
Also the two DNA profiles here that go to that line are now somewhat confermed.
The Frank and David Martin profiles.
That is not me by the way. But I do match these people.

Cause that is an interesting group.
