Caroline was born on 6 Sep 1875 in Montgomery County, Kentucky, United States. She was the daughter of Greenberry Martin and Mary Smyth. [1]
She married Albert Grant Leach. [2]

She was laid to rest in the Leach Graveyard in Jeffersonville, Montgomery County, Kentucky, United States on April 17th. [2][3]
