Ebenezer was born to Lemuel Martindale and Christana Caldwell on 25 Nov 1756.[1] According to records, on 15 Mar 1776 Ebenezer was enlisted as part of the Continental Army during the American Revolutionary War, joining Porter's Regiment. [2]
He married Lydia Cary on 6 Jul 1783 in Massachusetts.[3] At 82 years old, he is seen living in Elba, Genesee County, New York for the 1840 US Federal Census.[4]
