Biography
Antonia Martinez, also known as Antonia Escamilla, was born on 13 Jun 1942 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. Her parents were Ignacio Martinez and Soila Vargas.[1]
Antonia married Alejandro Valero on 22 May 1960 in Bexar County, Texas. From this union they had two (2) sons: (1) Alejandro Valero Jr., born 09 Nov 1960 in Bexar County, Texas; and (2) Rodolfo Valero born 21 May 1964 in Bexar County, Texas. Antonia and Alejandro were granted a divorce on 08 Aug 1973 in Bexar County, Texas. Antonia was 30 years of age and Alejandro was 31 years old.[2]
Antonia married David J Escamilla, the son of Eulojio G Escamilla and Matilde Juarez. They were united in Holy Matrimony on 10 Dec 1976 in Bexar County, Texas. Antonia was 34 years old and David was 29 years of age.[3]
Antonia passed away on 13 Jun 1942 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. She was 71 years old and married. Funeral services was under the direction of Castillo Mission Funeral Home, 620 Gen. McMullen, San Antonio, Texas. Visitation was held at the funeral home from 3 pm to 9 pm on Sunday 23 Jun 2013, with a Rosary recited at 7 pm.[4]
