Biography

Howard was born 16 February 1899 in Ritchie County, West Virginia.[1] He was the son of Jesse Mason and Minnie Docie Gribble.

He died on 6 June 1901 in Ritchie County, and he is buried in Harrison County in the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Salem.[2]
