Biography
Joseph Mason was born on February 14, 1807 in Pennsylvania, United States, son of John Mason (1780–1859) and Regina Billoneyer (1781–1858).[1]
Joseph married Julian Lavan (born on February 16, 1812 in Somerset; daughter of Moses Wink Lavan and Mary (Barron) Lavan).
Joseph died on September 6, 1879 in Milford Township, Somerset, Pennsylvania, aged 72. He was buried in Lavansville Lutheran Church Cemetery, Somerset County, Pennsylvania.[1]
