Maia (Mason) Pereyda

I think of all the hardships our ancestors endured so we could even be alive to participating in a project of such great importance. Each name in a family tree, a life lived, a life shared. Amazing to be able to read and almost relive their anguish and their triumphs as these stories unfold and to know that is all part of us. How can any of us feel unchanged by that. I feel so compelled to find answers and confirm family lore and feel so darn lucky to have the ability to do so.
