Biography

Thomas was born 25 February 1849 in Taylor County, Virginia.^[1] He was the son of Abraham Mason and Emza Newlon.

He married Clara L. Dayton on 28 June 1870 in Pruntytown, Taylor County, West Virginia, in a ceremony performed by Aaron Basnett.^[2]

Thomas died on 6 April 1925 in Auburn, Ritchie County,^[3] and he is buried there in the South Fork Cemetery.^[4]
