Biography

Richard was born in 1820. He is the son of Fannie Ramey and Enoch Mason.

In the 1850 census R (age 28) was in District 1, Bourbon, Kentucky, United States.[1] Richard married Mary Emily Owsley on 16 November 1853 in Shelby, Kentucky, United States.[2]
