Biography

Beatrice Emily Massingham was born in 1872 at Oxford in Oxfordshire. She was the daughter of John Massingham and Rebecca Loder. She was baptised at the parish church of St Clement in Oxford on 4 December 1872. Her father was described as a tailor and her parents' address as Pensons Gardens. ^{[1] [2] [3]}

In 1881 Beatrice Massingham was living at 39 St Clements Street in Oxford with her parents, John and Rebecca, and their other children. Her age was given as 9, implying a birth date in 1871 or 1872. Her birthplace was given as Oxford. She was at school. ^[3]

She passed away about 1949.
