"I found two wills in Pike County, Ohio.One for a Peter Fry in1866 and another for a Hannah Frye in 1877.
1866 Peter Fry's will:Gives wife Hannah Fry Nw corner of land by land deeded to James Davis. Land was purchased from the Streitenbargers on 13 Nov 1852 and recorded in Vol 12 page 457 on 16 March 1853.The land is described as being eleven acres plus an orchard.Gives to son "can't make out the name" C. Fry 40 acres adjoing wife Hannah.Gives remainder of estate to sons Henry Fry, Peter J. Fry. Gives the sum of one dollar to daus Hannah Ann Trego, Rebbecca Jane Lewis and Phebe Caroline Fry.Son William C. Fry is mentioned at the as security.
1877 Hannah Frye's will:Mentions only daughter Phebe C. Frye and leaves what is left to Phebe C. Frye including approximately 13 acres of land which Hannah Frye lives on.
