Florence Masters was born around 1879 in Castelton, Ontario, and she was in Cramahe Township with her parents in 1881. She lived in Wollaston Township when she married Frank Scott in 1898 in Coe Hill. They lived in Wollaston and then by 1911 in Smith, Peterborough West. In 1921 they were in Minitonas, Manitoba. She died in 1921 and was buried in Bowsman Old Cemetery, Bowsman, Manitoba.
In the 1921 census and occasionally elsewhere she used "May" rather than "Florence .
