Biography

Helen Jane Masterton was born on 21 August 1857 in the parish of Broughton, Peeblesshire, Scotland. She was the daughter of John Masterton and Anne Watson.^[1][2]

Helen married Reverend John Buchan in the parish of Kilbucho and Broughton and Glenholm, Peeblesshire on 2 December 1874[2].

The couple had six children:
