Biography

Catherine Matheson was born in 1851 in Sutherland, Scotland, to father Cathel, 40, and mother Catherine, 37. She married Hugh McLean on February 13, 1873, in Assynt, Sutherland, Scotland. They had nine children in 18 years. She died on February 13, 1912, in Stoer, Sutherland, Scotland, at the age of 61.
