Biography

Ralph was born on August 7, 1907 in Earl Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania and a son of Morris Mathias and Alice Clauser. ^{[1] [2] [3] [4]} In 1940, he filled out a young men World War II Draft Registration Card. He stated that he worked at a textile machine company. Ralph described himself as being 5 feet and 8 inches tall, weighing about 145 and having a light complexion with gray eyes and brown hair. ^[5] Because of errors on Ralph's birth certificate, a trip was made on August 1, 1942 to the court house to correct the mistakes. ^[6] He passed away on February 21, 2004 in Pottstown, Berks County, Pennsylvania and buried in the Union Cemetery in Bechteiville, Berks County, Pennsylvanbia. ^{[7] [8]}
