Biography

Nicolas was born 18 Jul 1767 in the parish of L'Ange-Gardien to parents François Mathieu and Marie Letartre. Godparents were Nicolas Letartre and Marguerite Lavoire(?)[1].

On 10 Oct 1797 Nicolas married Thérèse Vachon in the parish of St-Joseph-de-Beauce[2].

Nicolas passed away on 16 Dec 1825 and was buried the next day in the parish of St-François-de-Beauce, Beauceville, Quebec[3].
