Biography

David Matney was born circa 1807, in Virginia, to presumed parents Charlotte Young and Walter Matney.[1]

On September 10, 1829, in Pike County, Kentucky, David married Mary "Polly" Elswick.[2] They appear to have had at least 12 children.[1][3]
