Biography

Martha Wilson was enumerated as wife at Fish Creek, 1074th Dist., Polk County, Georgia for the June 3, United States Census, 1880. She was noted as house keeping, born 1852 in Georgia and married as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are self J E Wilson, daughter Ida L Wilson and son James F Wilson.^[1]

Martha Wilson was enumerated as wife of the head of household in ED 89 Militia District 1223, Youngs, Polk County, Georgia for the June 4, United States Census, 1900. She was noted as born November 1857 in Georgia and had been married for twenty-five years. She was the mother of ten children of which nine were still living. Also included in the household are head James E Wilson, daughter Ida L Wilson, son James F Wilson, son Willie Wilson, son Homer L Wilson, daughter Lula Wilson, daughter Mirtie Wilson and daughter Lucile Wilson as seen in an image of the original census.^[2]
