The family moved from Kentucky to Missouri, as Perry appeared in the Ray County, Missouri Deed Book "B", page 24, in Aug 1829.
There is a reference to him settling in Grape Grove Township of Ray County in the "History of Ray County, Missouri" on page 243.[2]
The 1830 Census shows him in Ray County, Missouri.[3]
The 1840 Census finds him in Grape Grove Township, Ray County, Missouri.[4]
He died in 1844 in Ray County, Missouri.
