Family #168 in the 1834 Grimm census.
Family #187 in the 1857 Grimm census.
I created a spreadsheet with the names of all the women of the Grimm 1834 census, both maiden and married surnames. If I sort the list by birth year and then by name, I get a list of possible spouses for the men in the 1857 census. Based on my review of other known couples and their locations within the census, it is clear that very frequently children who grew up living in close proximity married neighbors who were childhood friends.
After reviewing the 1834 census for all Katharinas born in 1822, there is only one who lived very close to Heinrich Kaiser's family: Katharina Louise Maus (family #168), daughter of Johann Philipp Maus, lived three houses away from Johann Heinrich Kaiser (family #165) and his son Heinrich. Her age matches the Katharina listed as Heinrich's wife in the 1857 census. It is highly like that Katharina Kaiser was Katharina Louisa Maus.
