Biography

Wilson Maxwell was a Kentuckian.

Wilson "Jim Neg" Maxwell was born on August 20, 1922, in Gallatin, Kentucky. He married Lula May O'Donnell on April 16, 1943, in Warsaw, Kentucky. They had four children in 15 years. He died on May 23, 2018, in his hometown at the age of 95, and was buried in Warsaw, Kentucky.
