Christopher Columbus Maxwell was born in Mississippi per statement on the 1880 US Census to Silas Lafayette Maxwell and Louisa Jane Fletcher Maxwell.
He married Florence Williams in Witts Spring, Searcy, Arkansas March 21, 1900.
