Biography
John (Maxwell) Maxwell Vth of Pollok is a member of Clan Maxwell.
John was the son of John Maxwell and Elizabeth Lindsay.[1] John married the daughter of John Montgomery of Eaglesham. Fought in the Battle of Otterburn/ Chevy Chase. He may be the father of his successor Thomas Maxwell who was in possession of Pollok in 1429. [2]
