"Montford L. Maxwell, 75, of Trinway, died late last night at his home following a year's illness.
Mr. Maxwell moved to Trinway five years ago after retiring as ticket agent for the Pennsylvania railroad at Washington, Pa.
He was born Feb. 8, 1875 at Fernwood, O., and was the son of James R. and Ella J. Quillen Maxwell. He was a member of the Dresden Methodist church and was a 32nd degree mason, having membership in the Coshocton F & AM lodge and the Syrian Temple at Pittsburgh.
The body will be returned to the residence tonight from the Baughman funeral home at Dresden.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Wednsay at the residence. Burial will be in Dresden cemetery."[1]
