Helen l Mayer, born 31 Mar 1902, died 25 Feb 1922 at the age of 19. She was a nurse. She died of typhoid fever at St Marys Hospital, the same hospital where she worked. Her parents are listed as William Mayer and Helen E Crusey. The informant was her father. She was buried in Sydney Ohio. [5]
