Mayfield”s Will was probated in January 1842. The Will names Sutherland, a brother; William Arthur Mayfield, a nephew, (as a son of Sutherland); Ellender Sharpe, a sister ( wife of John Sharpe); Micajah and Adam Sharpe, nephews ( Sons of Ellender Mayfield Sharpe): and James Mayfield as Executor of the Will.
