Biography

Hepsy was born in 1898. She was the daughter of George Mayfield and Cordelia Willard.

She married Clarence Ellsworth Ash, Jan 28, 1913.
Marriage: "Clarence Ash, 20 of Stafford to Hepsy Mayfield, 14 of Stafford, parents of both parties consenting to the marriage, Jan. 28,1913 at Court House in Pratt, by Lee T. Fischer, P.J"

She may have had a baby who died young, but she had 2 sons and then she divorced Clarence and married Homer Crutcher in 1927. Her marriage license says she was living in Eldorado, Union Co, Ark. when she married Homer there on “Jany 6th, 1927.”

On the 1930 census Donald is listed as Donald Crutcher

She passed away in 1983. [1]
