Biography

Ruby Mayfield was born about April 3, 1914 in Texas, United States, daughter of Robert Henry Mayfield (~1890–1975) and Sarah Annie Story (~1891–1954).[1]

Ruby married Grady Murl Smith (born in 1914). Their son was Murl D Smith (1938–2003).

In 1920, Ruby (6) was living in household of R Henry Mayfield (30) in Justice Precinct 4, Jones with her parents, R Henry (30) and Annie (29); her siblings, Alice (10), John W (9), Grace (7), Clyde (3), and Herman (1); and Barnie Alley (29). [2]

Ruby died on March 11, 2005, aged 90.[1]
