Biography
Louvenia (Mayham) Dowell is a part of US Black heritage.
- Louvenia was born about 1870. She passed away in 1943.
In the 1880 census Luvena (age 9), Attending School, was the daughter of David Mayham in Little Butte Precinct, Jackson, Oregon.[1] In the 1900 census Louvenia (age 30) was the wife of Bertram Dowell in Kent Election Precinct 2, King, Washington.[2] In the 1910 census Louvenia (age 39) was the wife of Bertram Dowell in Sherwood, King, Washington.[3] In the 1920 census Louvenia (age 49) was the wife of Bert Dowell in Seattle, King, Washington.[4] In the 1930 census Loureni (age 59) was the wife of Bert Dowell in Seattle, King, Washington.[5] In the 1940 census Louvenia (age 69) was the wife of Bertram Dowell in Suquamish Election Precinct, Kitsap, Washington.[6]
Louvenia (age 73) died on 15 July 1943 and was buried on 19 July 1943 in Bremerton, Kitsap, Washington.[7][8][9]
