Samuel was born in 1871[1] He was the son of Henry Mayhew and Susan Stannard

He was christened on 19th November 1871 in Suffolk, England[2]

He was living with his parents and siblings in Ufford, Suffolk, England and he was attending school in 1881[3]

He was living with his parents and siblings at Lower Street, Ufford, Suffolk, England and he was a farmer's son in 1891[4]

He was living with a servant Eleanor Newson and her children in Charsfield, Suffolk, England and he was working as a horseman on farm in 1901[5]

He was still living with them in Much Hadham, Hertfordshire, England and he was working as a cowman on farm in 1911[6]

He passed away in 1923[7]
