Biography
Phebe was the oldest child of James and Esther. She married Daniel Outhouse after 1840, when his first wife, Lavina Losee, died. Phebe and Daniel had one child, their daughter Albina (1853), but before their daughter was born, they took in Phebe's siblings Mary Eliza and James Halstead when their mother died in 1843. Phebe's father also came to live with them around 1860.
Phebe died in 1885, three years after Daniel.
