17 Jul 1728: Richard Maynard, yeoman of Cranbrook, writes his will mentioning: wife Alice; sons: Robert (eldest), Richard (executor), William & Stephen Maynard; daughters: Ann & Mary Maynard; sister Mary Paris widow & her daughter Alice in Cranbrook; also mentions: Londwell (property) & land in Mayfield, Sussex; a property in Mayfield town; a property called Parkland in Rolvenden, Kent.
19 Jul 1728: he was buried at Tenterden [2]
4 Sep 1728: proved at the PCC London on the oath of Richard Maynard (son, executor)
9 Jun 1729: administration allowed to son William Maynard, as son & executor Richard Maynard had died (after 4 Sep 1728 & before 9 Jun 1729)
