4 Sep 1728: proved at the PCC London on the oath of Richard Maynard (son, executor)
9 Jun 1729: administration allowed to son William Maynard, as son & executor Richard Maynard had died (after 4 Sep 1728 & before 9 Jun 1729)
21 Dec 1728 burial of Richard Maynard "dissenter" Cranbrook, Kent must be the son, executor mentioned
Alice (2nd wife by inference) must have been Austen - derived from her own will and mention of her various relatives especially sister Mary
