Biography
Margaret was born in 1798 [1]
She and her husband Lawrence migrated to NZ in 1841, with seven children.
After Lawrence passed away in 1861, she married 2nd Joseph Bungate in 1869 [2]
She passed away in 1888 age 89. [3]
Lyford.— On the 25th August, at her late residence, Walker Street, Dunedin, Margaret Bungate, widow of the late Lawrence Lyford, of Wakapuaka, Nelson, a nd grandmother of Thomas Lyford, jockey ; in her 90th year.[4]
