Obituary

In loving memory of Timothy John Mazurek, born on August 30, 1955 in San Antonio and passed away on August 31, 2008 at the age of 53. Tim dedicated his life to his children. He was the father of Brandon Stanush age 27, Justin Mazurek age 24, Sara Mazurek age 21; and the grandfather of Hannah and Joshuah Stanush. Tim is also survived by his parents Bill and Bert Mazurek; siblings Sharon Denney, Robert Mazurek, Larry Mazurek, twin sister Pamela Mazurek, Janis Mazurek; and 16 nieces and nephews. Tim was raised in San Antonio and played football for St. Gerard High School where he graduated in 1973. He was very talented and successful during his long career in the construction industry. He had a great love of music, gardening, cooking, dogs, the outdoors and Texas A & M. Tim, you will be dearly missed and never forgotten! A memorial service will be held Friday, September 5 at 6:00 P.M. at Puente & Sons Funeral Chapels, 3520 S. Flores St. A mass will be held in his honor on Saturday, September 6 at 9:00 A.M. at St. Leo The Great Church, 4415 S. Flores Street.
