Biography

Arthur Orlington McBride was born on 24 April 1876 at King Township, York Co., Ontario, Canada.[1] He appeared on the census of 1881 in the household of his parents, Isaac McBride and Annie (McBride) McBride, at King, York North, Ontario, Canada.[2] in household of Isaac McBride, King, York North, Ontario, Canada. He appeared on the census of 1901 in the household of his parents at York Co., Ontario, Canada.[3][4]

He married Bertha Shank, daughter of Samuel Shank and Hannah (Raymer) Shank, on 27 March 1907 at Aurora, York Co., Ontario, Canada.[5]

He and Bertha appeared on the census of 1911 at York, Ontario, Canada.[6]

He died in 1959 at Aurora, York Co., Ontario, Canada[5] and was buried at Aurora Cemetery, Aurora, York Regional Municipality, Ontario, Canada. His memorial has a photo of his headstone shared with Bertha and links to those of family members.[7]
