Biography
Frank is a twin to Fred. He never married and is buried at Pinhook Valley Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery, Jackson Co., N.C. , which was the old home place of his parents William Walker and Mary Ann Owen McCall. Frank's grave is in the exact spot where he was born.
