Death of Husband David

David Harvey Kerr passed away in South Africa, Beatrice told my mum Shirley Reed the story of how David was on a bus in South Africa with his son David Michael Kerr (about 11-12 years old) when the bus was involved in an accident with another vehicle carrying timber or steel. I piece from this vehicle came through the window of the bus and instantly killed David. Young David was not harmed at all. David at the time was a Manager of a Diamond company, so the company flew Beatrice and her son David home.
