Biography
- Fay Mccarty was born in September 1884 in Kansas, to William Thaddeus and Celia Olivia (West) McCarty. She married Harold Nelson Rankin on September 15, 1909, in Topeka, Kansas. They were the parents of Eleanor Grace (1919–1993) and Kenneth Wirt (1922–1986. She died on April 30, 1944, in Topeka, Kansas at the age of 59, and was buried in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum in Topeka, Kansas.
