Jack was born 22 Jun 1914 to Willie Macon McCaw (1881 - 1948) and Winnie Edith Kurtz (1883 - 1930). ^[1] He married Mary Ann Johnson on 28 Aug 1941 in Eddy Co., New Mexico, USA. ^{[2] [3] [4]} (Jack's brother, Bob, married Mary's sister, Helen.)
