Biography
Donald was born in 1870 in Florida.
Donald G McClellan married Alice Moore on 30 Sep 1896 in Decatur, Georgia.[1] In 1910, the couple was living in Militia District 513, Decatur, Georgia.[2] The household included:
- Don G Mcclellan Head M 40 Florida
- Alice Mcclellan Wife F 33 Virginia
- Miriam Mcclellan Daughter F 12 Georgia
- Orion Mcclellan Son M 10 Georgia
They were in Bainbridge in Decatur County, Georgia in 1930. Donald was an agent for the freight railway.[3]
Donald passed away in 1933. Burial was in the Oak City Cemetery, Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia. His grave is inscribed "A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches."[4]
