Roy was born in 1903. He is the son of George B. McClelland and Carrie Bell. [1]

He married about 1928.

He was living in Decatur, IL per the 1930 census [2]and in Champaign IL per the 1940 census. [3]

He was still in Champaign in the 1950 census[4]
