Work Notes
Emily died in 1918. In the 1920 census a Mary E is listed as a wife, birth years differ a little, as well as the place. Mistakes happen all the time on the census. I have seen no evidence that he remarried after her death.
marriage cert has John & Maggie Neebone as her parents.

It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Martin by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
