Rebecca was born on 10 Apr 1790 in Hard Scrabble, Northumberland, PA. She was the daughter of James McClung and Jean (Strain) McClung.
She married Henry McCartney II on 7 Apr 1814 in Fayette, Seneca County, NY.
She died on 21 Jun 1831 in Republic, Seneca, Ohio. She was buried in Rock Creek Cemetery.[1]
