Biography

Violet Virginia McClure was born September 14th, 1918 in West Virginia to Gilmer and Belva (Bowman) McClure and was one of many siblings. She seems to have married to Frank Arley Bragg (no marriage record found yet), and they had at least 4 children, with 3 surviving past infancy into adulthood. She died some months before her 39th birthday in the early morning hours of July 20th, 1957, with cause of death listed as "circulatory failure" caused by (writing unclear on death certificate) an intestinal obstruction and shock.
