Duncan McColl, age 21, Bachelor, Riveter (Apprentice), (Private 1st Battalion Seaforth Highlanders), of 72 Castlebank Street, Partick, Glasgow, (son of Joanna McColl, Domestic Servant, deceased) & Mary Algie, age 21, Spinster, Domestic Servant, of 72 Castlebank Street, Partick, Glasgow, (daughter of Samuel Algie, Carter & Annie Algie maiden surname Balgarnie) were married 26th February 1915 at 72 Castlebank Street, Partick, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland after Banns according to the Forms of the Church of Scotland, by Jno. Smith D.D., Minister of Partick Parish. Duncan & Mary both signed. Witnesses were George Algie & Cora McColl.[2]
Duncan McNeil McColl died aged 38, from Mania, Myocarditis, Cardiac Failure & Exhaustion, at 133 Balornock Road, Springburn, Lanarkshire, Scotland on 13th March 1932.[3]
