I have two Convict Brothers Benjamin Thomas Hodgson who came out on the Lloyd Melville and his brother William Hodgson who came out on the Asia. I traced 12 letters written back to England (with addressed envelopes too!) from 1820 through to 1850. These I found in the States. I would love to find out more about these two

Hi Michael,

Thank you for your message. I'm not picking on you, I promise! I'm just working database list or unsourced list in County Essex and your profiles sometimes show up. I do see you have a large family and hopefully I'm more help than a hindrance :)

Kind regards, Raewyn.

I suspect there's a birth year typo in your profile of John Francis Young, https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Young-3742.

It's currently 1875, but 1857 would fit in much better with his wife and children's ages. Is this something you're able to resolve?

Cheers Mark

Hello Michael ,

Thanks for merging the McCook profiles. Have you seen our help page on merging? It has a lot of useful tips. I keep it bookmarked so I can refer to it often. Let me know if there's anything that doesn't make sense. We want it to be as user friendly as possible. Thanks!

I know nothing about my Coulter heritage. I hail from Parkersburg , WV. My Father , Joseph Jerome Coulter , was killed in 1991. I never met him as him and my Mother divorced when I was 3 yrs old. I do have a Full blooded brother born in 1972 that was put up for adoption at birth. I never met him. Been searching for him for many years. That is difficult as I know nothing from my Father's side and he's no longer here to ask. He married Rebecca Jane Kirkpatrick. She is the Mother of both my unknown brother and myself. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Michael, thank you for telling me about the pictures of Lambert's Yard. I still haven't traced my Lambert line to their pre-United States origins, but I live in hope.
